INNOVATIVE LIGHT GAUGE STEEL CONSTRUCTION

LGS IS A REVOLUTIONIZING CONSTRUCTION

NEWER CONSTRUCTION METHODS USING COLD FORMED STEEL (CFS) ALSO KNOWN AS LIGHT GAUGE STEEL (LGS), ARE REVOLUTIONISING IN THE WAY BUILDINGS ARE CREATED.

Offering improved quality, speed of construction, design flexibility and environmental performance, these modern methods are financially attractive alternatives to slower, resource-heavy traditional methods of construction, such as timber, concrete and hot-rolled steel.

Our expertise in Arch Steel Buildings led us to alternative methods of construction using steel framed structures with innovative industrialized process helping us answer all these challenges, allowing for buildings to be constructed faster, higher, lighter-weight, stronger and more accurately with less waste.

  • OUR CONSTRUCTION METHODS WHICH USE COLD FORMED STEEL (CFS) ALSO KNOWN AS LIGHT GAUGE STEEL (LGS)

  • THE MOST ADVANCED ENGINEERING DESIGN-AND-BUILD SYSTEM OF FRAMECAD®

  • THE HIGH QUALITY OF OUR DEEP GALVANIZED STEEL WHICH CONFORM TO INTERNATIONALLY APPROVED STANDARDS AND SPECIFICATIONS

They are the factors which are revolutionizing the way our buildings are created.

THANKS TO MATERIALS AND COMPONENTS WITH PROVEN QUALITY LEVELS PERENDES TECHNOLOGIES CAN OFFER YOU CONFIDENCE IN THE LONG TERM INTEGRITY OF YOUR PROJECT.

Premium level Steel quality: G550 galvanizing Z275
The G550 quality is hot dipped galvanized structural grade steel, developed specifically to maximize the efficiency of cold-formed steel construction projects.
The G550 steel quality provides the highest yield strength to minimize the total steel requirement in each of the engineered structures. It has a guaranteed minimum yield of 550MPa to maximize yield and lower build costs. More importantly, it is supplied with full compliance certificates to assure specifiers the materials are compliant to International Standards.

DRACO is under construction and soon will be completed. We will share with you more photos once we done.
